Cd Downloads  
Ls  
Sudo dpkg -i opera-stable_85.0.4341.47_amd64.deb

Let me explain , after downloading the Opera mini, then you have to enter the folder you downloaded it to , then use ls to see actually that you are in the folder.

Sudo is for root command , dpkg parse the application then install it . Replace the current version with the version you downloaded.

After you have successfully downloaded it, then , you can launch opera by typing Opera in the command line or dragging it to desktop. With this you can launch it any time any where .
